You can email [email protected] with your query, or if you would prefer to speak to someone, please email your telephone number so we can arrange a call.
We aim to resolve all enquiries within five working days of receipt.
Please include your organisation name, and your seven-digit DfE number (if applicable), so we can respond efficiently.
