This document sets out the legal contractual relationship as you commit to Artsmark. This is a legal document and you should ensure that you fully understand your responsibilities before submitting your Statement of Commitment and thereby committing to Artsmark.
This document was updated in September 2023 to reflect the changes to Artsmark’s new national delivery partner, Goldsmiths, University of London. The changes that we have made to this document are minimal:
- We’ve updated the terminology to reflect the change to our delivery model, including references to our new delivery partner, our new e-learning module and changes to Artsmark Development Training (Pages 1 & 2)
- We’ve updated the information around data protection in line with the latest legislation (Page 3)
